Matter Introduction

Today, we were given three tough questions to consider. If we can answer these by the end of the unit as a whole page with diagrams, we know our stuff!

Hot Stuff!!

Today, we started a fair test to find out if the blue Bunsen burner flame really is hotter than the yellow flame.


Over the weekend, we have to write up our method. Next week, we will finish the fair test, then write up our lab report.

Science Show

Today, we taught Science to some Year 3 students. While the explanations were not always 100% correct, it was a lot of fun and both sets of students learned a of of Science!

Science Show!

Next Wednesday, we will teach Science to the Year 3 classes. Today, we were allowed to use YouTube to find some experiments we would like to teach. Next, we will trial these experiments. Then we will write a script and film the teaching of the experiment. This will allow us to fine-tune our work before teaching it to other students.
